This inflatable massager is very easy to assemble and use following the instructions included. All the device's functions are operated from the control remote. When switched on, air is injected into the 4 inflatable leg sections for a few minutes until the selected pressure level is reached. It has 4 programs of increasing inflation/pressure intensity. Each program involves a different inflation/pressure time and relaxation time.

It connects to the mains via the included power adapter. Although it can be used with just the batteries in the control remote, it is preferable to always use it connected to the mains (with some exceptions) to avoid losing power, effectiveness, and durability.
